Lesley Glass has had a passion for Quality for almost a decade. She is committed to helping her clients in the Medical Device, Food, Feed, and Dietary Supplement industries manufacture safe, quality products. She provides the necessary framework and expertly leads companies to meet their Quality Objectives.
Lesley began her manufacturing career in Dietary Supplements where she held both Regulatory and Quality roles. She then transitioned to the Medical Device industry where she has proven to add value to multiple companies. Lesley has been responsible for managing many Quality Management System (QMS) programs such as Supplier Management, Complaints, CAPAs, and NCRs, just to name a few. Lesley has been responsible for conducting on-site supplier audits in North America, South America, and Europe. Not only has Lesley conducted hundreds of audits, but she has been responsible for hosting customer, certification body, and regulatory audits as well.
Lesley is Certification Body Lead Auditor and conducts on-site and remote registration and surveillance audits on their behalf. Lesley is fully bilingual (English/Spanish), is a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), and holds many industry specific certifications as well.
